At NutriRoots, customer satisfaction and product safety are important to us. Due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, opened or used supplement products cannot normally be returned.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/video of the product and packaging.

After verification, we may provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Change of Mind
