Returns and replacements

You may contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• You received an incorrect product.
• An item is missing from your package.

Please email akshatbusinesss@gmail.com with your order number, contact details, and clear photographs or videos showing the issue. An unboxing video can help us investigate, but we may also accept other reasonable evidence.

Non-returnable situations

Returns may not be accepted when:

• The request is made more than 7 days after delivery.
• The product has been used, damaged, altered, or installed incorrectly.
• The original packaging or supplied accessories are missing.
• The request is based only on a change of mind after dispatch.
• Minor differences in colour or appearance result from lighting, photography, or screen settings.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly. Once dispatched, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Personalised or customised products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Refund processing

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

If we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will bear the approved return cost. Original shipping or COD charges are otherwise non-refundable.
